Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery areas

Sunehri products fall into three delivery classes:

Ships India-wide: Sunehri Swarna Ghee is shipped by courier to serviceable PIN codes across India.
Faridabad delivery: Paneer Royale, khoya barfis and gift hampers containing them are delivered only within Faridabad.
Faridabad, ultra-fresh: Shahi Rasmalai, Rajwadi Rabri and Golden Spirals (jalebi) are available by local pre-order, store pick-up, or through quick-delivery apps.

The website checks your PIN code and will not accept Faridabad-only items for addresses outside Faridabad.

Delivery charges

Free delivery within 5 km of our Sector 43 store.
₹200 for other locations within Faridabad.
Outstation ghee shipping: [rate / free-shipping threshold to be confirmed].

Delivery days and times

We deliver seven days a week between 10 am and 10 pm. Orders placed before [cut-off time] may be delivered the same day, subject to availability. You can choose a delivery date and slot at checkout.

Packaging and freshness

Chilled products travel in insulated packaging where required. Please refrigerate paneer and mithai at or below 4°C immediately on arrival.

Festive season

During peak festive periods delivery slots are limited. We recommend pre-booking; dates close once daily capacity is reached.

Failed delivery

If no one is available to receive a perishable order at the chosen slot, we will try to contact you. Because products are perishable, we may not be able to re-deliver or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or unavailability.
