Regular orders

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp or call +91 87968 80610 with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.

Bulk, corporate and pre-orders

Because bulk and festive pre-orders are made fresh for your date, they can be cancelled only before preparation begins. [Confirm cut-off with Sunehri]

Cancellations by Sunehri

We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the address is not serviceable, or payment fails. You will receive a full refund for any amount paid.
